Templated MMS Group Message

Our team has identified an issue with sending group messages using a template with an attached image. Messages created in this way may receive an error.

As we work to resolve this issues we have identified a workaround that should serve you well temporarily.

You will choose a template with an attachment while composing the Group Message as usual, remove the image that is attached to the template, upload the attachment back into the Group Message, and it should send as expected!
