MFA Login Troubleshooting
Updates
Our Desktop and Mobile apps have been updated to the newest versions and should again allow successful login for all users.
For the mobile apps, please search in your App or Google Play Store for Text Request and install the update if not yet completed.
For the desktop app, you will need to uninstall and then reinstall the newest version here https://www.textrequest.com/product/desktop-app.

Some users who have not previously set up MFA may experience issues when trying to login to the Mobile or Desktop Apps. To resolve this please follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://app.textrequest.com/app/login on a web browser (mobile web browsers will work)
- Try to login
- Set up any needed MFA requirements
- Return to the Mobile or Desktop App and login
Note: If you experience issues when trying to login to https://app.textrequest.com/app/login on a web browser many have seen success after clearing their cache and cookies. A password reset may also be needed.
