Potential Issues with Custom Group Message

Custom Group Message is again working as expected. We are continuing to monitor for any irregularities.

We have identified the root cause of the current Custom Group Messaging performance issues. We are actively testing and working to schedule the deployment window for a potential fix as quickly as possible.

Temporary Workaround: If you are experiencing issues with group customization features right now, you can successfully send your messages using standard Group Messages combined with Merge Fields.

We have identified a potential issue with the Custom Message portion of group messages and are working to resolve those issues as quickly as possible.

In the meantime we have identified a potential workaround by using regular Group Message and Merge Fields. To do this you would need to first set up the custom fields and then import the contacts to a group while also making sure to fully map the field to their contact.
