Potential Issues with Custom Group Message

Custom Group Message is again working as expected.

We have identified a solution for the issues identified this morning for Custom Group Messages. At this time we are finalizing the details for the release. More updates to follow.

We have identified a potential issue with the Custom Message portion of group messages and are working to resolve those issues as quickly as possible.

In the meantime we have identified a potential workaround by using regular Group Message and Merge Fields. To do this you would need to first set up the custom fields and then import the contacts to a group while also making sure to fully map the field to their contact.
