Group Message Delays

We’re currently processing a large backlog of queued messages following an earlier system issue. The underlying problem has been corrected and messages are sending again, but delivery may be delayed while the queue clears.
If you have time-sensitive messages that have not yet sent or wish to avoid messages being sent outside business hours, we recommend canceling them to prevent unintentional late delivery.
We are seeing recovery in group message sending but there is a backlog working on being processed. Our team is continuing to be engaged and working towards restoring expected speeds.
